We are a group of four people over 70 years of age and looking to improve our general mobility, core fitness and strength. Deanna has developed individual programmes for each of us who have very different needs and levels of fitness. We get individual attention within a group scenario which she achieves with ease. She prepares the programme in advance of our session and it's quite varied from week to week. Overall we highly recommend her programme to achieve your own goals. We have found
