I would highly recommend taking a class with Michelle. I was very nervous around the thought of labour but after our sessions together I feel much more confident going in to the experience, even looking forward to it now. Thankyou so much Michelle we learnt so much from you. xx
My husband and I had the most amazing experience doing Michelle’s 2-day Hypnobirthing workshop. When we got home my husband said how happy he was feeling because beforehand he had a really limited understanding of birth and his role. Now, he feels so confident and no longer “helpless” as a birth partner (like so many men do during labour!) Prior to learning about Hypnobirthing I was a skeptic of the practice, but I am so glad I decided to give it a go for my first pregnancy. The content was logical, supportive and well paced. We did a private hypnobirthing course with Michelle which was amazing. She was really thorough with the content, ensuring we understood each topic. Her knowledge and the way she presented the course was very helpful in making us feel more confident leading up to the birth of our first child. We would highly recommend Michelle and the course, especially to first time parents who may be feeling a bit anxious like us!
