We ordered a Shiloh stained, solid maple kitchen from My House Kitchen. Although we paid a high price, a Home Depot kitchen would have been higher quality. To make drawer fronts and doors Shiloh glued up to 8 boards together without matching grain and color; the cabinets are striped with multiple colors. One door is warped, another has a large knot, the shelving is made with Asian plywood containing formaldehyde, and the drawers are not made with maple. I trusted Alex in Paramus, who was referred by my home builder, to design and deliver a beautiful kitchen using his cabinet makers - Shiloh. What I received was a poorly designed (measured inaccurately) kitchen - using very low quality, badly finished materials and grossly overpriced stock cabinets which I could have purchased from any "big box" hardware store for a fraction of the cost. Working with Cihan on my new build kitchen was a pleasure… from design to installation. He was professional and easy to work with. We had an excellent relationship. I was able to call him on anything. He’s very knowledgeable and I always felt he could be trusted. I would highly recommend myhousekitchen. Also the pricing for cabinets and quartz is very fair. I absolutely love my new kitchen.
Cihan made the counter and cabinet process so easy. They have great prices on high quality materials but the service is really what sets them apart. Cihan is a great communicator and worked with us until final delivery was complete to make sure we were satisfied. I worked with many different vendors and companies during our renovation, Cihan and My House Kitchen was the most professional and knowledgeable.
