Larry came highly recommended by our realtor and he inspected our new build. He was on time, very thorough, and took time to explain everything in detail. He provided a very detailed report the same day. I called him back a few days after we closed to ask if also would come back when it was time to do the 1yr warranty request and he said Yes! You wont be disappointed!

Mr. Searcy displayed his wealth of knowledge in home construction during our home inspection. His open, friendly manner in explaining all the details was extremely helpful. He caught a lot of things that allowed us to negotiate on the price and repairs. Absolutely recommend his services.
