I never got to use the service because the technician was a no show. I had an appointment to have my furniture cleaned on today 5/30/2024 at 12:00. It is now 12:45 and no call, text or anything. They were referred through neighbors app. Very disappointed.

They did an amazing job making my old carpet look spectacular! All the big stains are completely gone. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back to them again.

I’m not sure if it’s a new business or just a inexperienced owner but I have NEVER been more disgusted and disappointed by a company.
