Would not use again. Used them for fridge running issue, they came and the service tech could not hear the noise and diagnose the problem, was told to record the noise and they would come back out again for another fee to diagnose the problem. Had to ask the tech a number of questions to pull out info. Waste of 130 and still have issue with fridge.
The absolute worst customer service. If you think the cable companies provide poor service, call this company for your appliance repair, at least they will make you feel better about you cable service. I would only recommend them if you have all day to wait for a tech that doesn't come. When you finally get a tech to come, the individual clearly doesnt know much about troubleshooting your appliance, or much about any appliance at all.
