Very nice and friendly.
They were very courteous and efficient. Was very friendly and concerned about making sure my hearing aids were good.
I am a very difficult hearing aid user. They have irritated me in the past, itching, making noises etc. I have tried all the different attachments from the cones to molded. Mike had been very patient with me. Just went back to different settings and back to the cones with different sizes in each ear. No more squeaky noises and don’t realize they’re there.
