I was very comfortable there and felt they listened and addressed every question I had with clarity. Very friendly and thorough in explaining use & care of the hearing aids I chose.
Lucas was very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and reprogrammed my hearing aids to make them perfect. The other staff was also very friendly knowledgeable.
They are very accommodating, and quick to help taking care to help anytime needed they have state of the art hearing devices very thorough recommendations to help with individual hearing. I would recommend making a full appointment for evaluation. Lucas changed the system. I was using to improve My Hearing in my profession.
They are very helpful and accommodating. Always offer coffee or tea. Scio is very kind and will remember you by name! The manager is a quiet friendly man who knows how to ask the right questions. They’re not out to make money off from, but to give you the best hearing advice available.
