Very thorough testing, and very caring and helpful staff. I would highly recommend.
I was called in for an appointment but then after getting there I was told that my coverage only covers a visit once a year if I didn’t purchase hearing aids. They explained that the call didn’t come from their office directly but most likely from their marketing department, I’m guessing because I didn’t make a purchase on my last visit. I’m not happy I had to take time off for an appointment that never should’ve been made in the first place.
