From start to finish, I met Mrs. Payne, at my Hearing Hot Springs office, I did not know that I couldn't hear correctly, until she put hearing aids in my ears, when I spoke I heard my voice it was different sharp clear, back ground noise gone, not distracted, I understand what people are are saying instead of pretending that I hear them, no more up and down on TV volume, Thank you God for Mrs. Payne, and the the nice Lady at the desk, And thank you my hearing center.
