After seeing Brian Han in the Valencia office last Friday Brian told me after a hearing session I would be needing a new set of hearing aids. They were not connecting correctly to the computer he saw it immediately and told me I would be receiving a new pair. Brian is always very thorough and told me in a couple weeks to pick up my new pair of hearing aids. I’m so very glad we met and I trust him and recommend him highly.
This center was my 2nd choice as suggested by my provider but I was glad I came here after tech logistic problem with the other. Bryan and Celeste are very professional and informative in their expert field. I chose the best device and the best technical assistance and hearing care of Bryan Han.
