I’ve had an incredible experience here. The technology behind today’s hearing aids is truly impressive, and I’m now able to hear clearly, including streaming music and audiobooks. What stands out most is the ongoing support and expertise. Dr. Han takes the time to make sure everything is working properly and that I am getting the most out of the devices. Happy Easter to ALL! I’ve been going to “My Hearing Centers” in Valencia now for a few months and very pleased with the service. The doctor is easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable.
After seeing Brian Han in the Valencia office last Friday Brian told me after a hearing session I would be needing a new set of hearing aids. They were not connecting correctly to the computer he saw it immediately and told me I would be receiving a new pair. Brian is always very thorough and told me in a couple weeks to pick up my new pair of hearing aids. I’m so very glad we met and I trust him and recommend him highly.
