I’ve had a very positive experience with My Hearing Centers in Valencia. Celeste and Bryan are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Celeste is always welcoming and helpful, and Bryan is knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at what he does. Bryan and Celeste have been very helpful, accessible and supportive throughout my journey acquiring and getting used to hearing aids. Very pleased to work with them.
After seeing Brian Han in the Valencia office last Friday Brian told me after a hearing session I would be needing a new set of hearing aids. They were not connecting correctly to the computer he saw it immediately and told me I would be receiving a new pair. Brian is always very thorough and told me in a couple weeks to pick up my new pair of hearing aids. I’m so very glad we met and I trust him and recommend him highly. The staff at the Valencia office are friendly and helpful. The office has convenient parking and is clean and bright, it's actually kind of enjoyable visiting this office. Plus they are knowledgeable and really good at their job.
