After seeing Brian Han in the Valencia office last Friday Brian told me after a hearing session I would be needing a new set of hearing aids. They were not connecting correctly to the computer he saw it immediately and told me I would be receiving a new pair. Brian is always very thorough and told me in a couple weeks to pick up my new pair of hearing aids. I’m so very glad we met and I trust him and recommend him highly. The staff at the Valencia office are friendly and helpful. The office has convenient parking and is clean and bright, it's actually kind of enjoyable visiting this office. Plus they are knowledgeable and really good at their job.

Clinton, Miranda, and Stephanie each provide excellent service at their own individual professional level of expertise at this clinic. Their kindness and enthusiasm contributes to our eagerness to return for our tri-annual check ups! The clinic is clean and comfortable. Clinton is particulary experienced in sharing diagnostic data so it is easily understood. The VA benefits are handled for my husband without difficulty; and scheduling for both of us is always at our convenience! We appreciate our "My Hearing Center" staff!!
