My first appointment with Todd was for a warranty problem. Even though I had purchased my hearing aids from another provider who had since left Casper, Todd was eager to help me with my problem and resolved my problem at no cost to me. I would highly recommend Todd Olsen at My Hearing Center in Casper. After having 2 other previous brands of hearing aids and only being somewhat satisfied, I went looking for another provider. I found that Todd took the time to understand MY likes and dislikes about my old hearing aids and based on my exam, he selected this model I am currently using. They work GREAT.
