My first appointment with Todd was for a warranty problem. Even though I had purchased my hearing aids from another provider who had since left Casper, Todd was eager to help me with my problem and resolved my problem at no cost to me. I would highly recommend Todd Olsen at My Hearing Center in Casper. After having 2 other previous brands of hearing aids and only being somewhat satisfied, I went looking for another provider. I found that Todd took the time to understand MY likes and dislikes about my old hearing aids and based on my exam, he selected this model I am currently using. They work GREAT. They keep working with you to ballence everything out. I now hear things I didn't know even had sounds, and thought I was hearing good before my checkup. Thanks, but problem, I can now hear the rattles in my old pickup and that is bad but good.
Todd Olson did everything he could to accommodate all our needs. Of all the hearing places, I would recommend My Hearing Centers in Casper 10+ over all the others.
I am so thankful I found this Center for hearing issues. I was having issues with my hearing and Matt did tests to check for hearing loss. I recommend coming here if you have any thoughts of possible hearing issues. As we age, it is important to have a hearing test every year. And the price is right!

My Hearing Centers out of Casper, WY is a really great service. They make weekly trips to Riverton. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service to their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
