I had an appt yesterday and I was 15 minutes late. They still took me in and put on new ear mold tubes. They are going to order more plastic hooks that holds the rear mold tubes and the hearing aid. They get loose and I don't want to lose them. The staff are great and enjoyed my time there. I've come to this company for a long time.

Not happy at all with there service I have bought 2 different sets of heating aid and the newest set are the worst for people being able to hear me wh en im on the phone with them the repair service sucks to they shure like there 250.00 repair cost I will never recommend them to anyone your better off going to Costco and get them now that I’m filling out this survey I’ll go to the better business survey and let them know thanks for asking

My Hearing Center in Layton is a great place. My hearing had changed and Matthew tested and adjusted them and it’s like a new day. Thank you Matt and Lisa. They are so easy to work with.
