Dr Carrol & receptionist Ashley were wonderful! Saw us on very short notice because of a damaged hearing aid. Dr Carrol was thorough & explained everything very well. Very happy.
Best exam and cleaning I’ve ever had. James is excellent
Met the new, Dr James. He showed me how to change the filter , clean the mic ports and added anchors to give the hearing aid a more secure fit.
Ashley was great to work and I’m working with James who seems amicable to working with me on both my old hearing aids along with helping me with my best interests in adding a new hearing aid.
