Brandon was very friendly and professional. Gave me my hearing test and thru the results with me and showed me the different options that I prices of hearing aids. I tried them and said that I could finance them. The receptionist was also very friendly and made me feel welcome.
I had an issue with my hearing aids. They handled everything, including the reprogramming and reconnecting to my phone.
Brandon and Alex were up front, went over everything. Made me feel comfortable that they were telling me everything I needed and honestly. I would recommend anyone I know to talk to them about hearing aids
