If we could give them no stars we would. Terrible service, incompetent staff and technicians. My father‘s hearing aids were not working. We took them up to Klamath Falls to have them worked over. The technician assured us that they worked on them and everything was fine and they were working perfectly. Continued to have the same problems. The left one was not working. Stopped by my hearing center in Bend days later and the provider worked them over told us the wrong domes were on them. The wires were in terrible shape and ex... read more
