The place is clean, staff is nice but my trial hearing aid was a trial! I got the wrong color, and when the man said he'd contact me it was always a few days after he said. I put large amount down and still haven't gotten the $ back and it's been 6 weeks! Run around for sure. They advertised free tickets to a local play and I've asked several times for them and none yet. Very disappointed. Would report to BBB but they are not accredited.
I have extreme hearing loss, and have worn hearing aids for several years. I was getting very discouraged as my hearing was getting worse, and my former hearing specialist was not sure he could improve my hearing with new hearing aids.
