I call and a very nice lady Roxana answered. I told her I needed an appointment. She asked a few questions and gave me a appointment. On my arrival Roxana greeted me and asked me if I would like a water or coffee. Mark the hearing specialist was very nice and after the test want through the results. I decided at that time to have the aids programmed and purchase them. So far Iam very satisfied. Thank you Mark and Roxana. Rod
The best company I have dealt with in a number of years. The person at the desk is polite, professional and very attentive with your needs. Mark Butler, Director of Hearing Health Care, is very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable about his products and services. His evaluation of hearing needs is very thorough and he gives many choices to choose from. I did a comparison between a couple of hearing aid suppliers. Had my hearing checked today at the Sparks NV office. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Mr. Butler is very professional and sure knows his business, he is also a humorous gentleman. He explains everything that is going on while he performs the test and is very through when the test is finished.
