The President and Owner is a complete jerk. I came in with software that Starkey had given to my longtime audiologist to give to me to try to program the aid myself. I didn't have the right hardware or experience, and was unsuccessful. I went here because I thought another place might be more adept at programming this particular model since my audiologist hadn't programmed that model before and was having a hard time getting it right for me.
