Knowledgeable, kind and efficient
Dr Dibkey is very friendly and very professional. She tries to do what is best for you, like tuning up your existing hearing aid, replacing parts and receivers, instead of trying to get you to order newer hearing aids.
I highly recomneny My Hearing Aid Place to anyone! I give them a # 10! The audiologist was so nice, she cleaned my hearing aid and put new tubes on them ( they were hard and clogged! She answered all my questions so I could easily understand her.. I wish I could keep her but after my warrenty is up My insurance want pay...infact, if my hearing aids tare up it will cost me out of pocket to get another one. My hearing is 95% gone. The business name says it all. It feels like “My Hearing Aid Place”. Personalized , professional hearing care with top of the line hearing aids for different budgets. Trisha fitted me with new hearing aids that are programmed perfectly for my particular hearing loss. I had several trials with online OTC hearing aids and not only was the customer service not timely, they couldn’t program my hearing aids for moderate hearing loss.
