Front desk never answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for 15+ minutes. Love my doctor but not the front desk.
Absolutely terrible service never answer the phone when needed it’s so stupid so many times to call the clinic for no one to answer like are serious what are you doing just staring at the phone like I am calling for a reason absolutely horrible service terrible all the time the front staff never help or answer if I could give 0 I would and they say they open at 9 but never answer the phone honestly do better terrible service! Every time I come to this clinic, I am met by the front desk staff with a blank stare. No smile, no greeting. Not to mention they they talk loudly in their own language. Last time I was here, I waited 50 minutes for my appointment. The doctor looks in the room and asks if I have somewhere to go after, I say no and then she disappears. Minutes later, she finally walks in and starts the appointment without apology or explanation as to why she's late.
