I have had an amazing journey with Teah at My Health Team Redcliffe. I have fibromyalgia, ADHD and a few other issues and am an ambulatory wheelchair user. I can’t walk far or stand for long but thanks to the fun exercises I do with Teah I am able to exercise without really knowing I am exercising. Moving and strengthening the right muscles needed for me to balance is done in such a way that time is up and don’t even realise what I achieved.
The lovely admin ladies at reception provide a very very warm, welcoming atmosphere! Knowledgeable, friendly and supportive dieticians. Communication from all aspects is professional yet relatable and helped me feel at ease. Will happily come back and highly recommend others looking for a health team that supports you to book here
I really found their service. Excellent. I walked into ask a question and I was given the best best service ever about my sore foot. I could do for Not really recommend them
