Anya is one of the most wonderful people I have worked with - she is so thoughtful in her practice and makes you feel welcome from the start. I highly recommend her as an individual and her services were immensely helpful for my anxiety!

It took a lot for me to get up and go I was so nervous to go but I'm so happy I did. Anya was very welcoming and made it very easy to talk to her about whatever I was going through! Best decision I made , after every session I was motivated more than ever and felt confident with every tool she taught me !
