My work with Anya began with a simple goal - to find the time and the courage to finish a longstanding film project that was stirring up a lot of complex emotions within me, causing a lot of resistance. As early as our first session together, I had began to find a renewed emotional stamina that allowed me to work on my film almost effortlessly. It took a lot for me to get up and go I was so nervous to go but I'm so happy I did. Anya was very welcoming and made it very easy to talk to her about whatever I was going through! Best decision I made , after every session I was motivated more than ever and felt confident with every tool she taught me !
