Anya is incredible, compassionate, and creative about what she does. I came to Anya after suffering from a year of severe onset insomnia. I had tried working with my doctor, medications, and other forms of therapy to address the issue with no resolve. Anya has been such a wonderful support. She is a great listener who has helped me connect anxious patterns to old experiences. She has also taught me life changing mindfulness strategies the have allowed me to learn to reset my nervous system and experience calmness.
