I loved my visit to My Haven Laser & Spa! The head spa was amazing and very relaxing. The RMT massage helped me feel so calm. The spa is clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back!
We’re here for the Stampede. After a long day, we got a foot massage — the spa is so clean and relaxing.
Tried the Japanese head spa here — so relaxing and refreshing! My scalp feels super clean and my hair looks healthier. The spa is clean and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Came to My Haven for 2 treatments back to back. First a 90 minute massage, followed by a 60 minute Japanese hair spa treatment. By the time my massage lady got me in the room asked me what I would like focused on and everything it was 10 minutes past my massage start time. This was ok tho cause she did give me the full 90 minute massage. When my massage was done and I changed into the robe for my hair spa treatment, waited to be called into the room it was now 15 minutes past the booked hair spa time.
