My Handyman Express experience was great! Jaime and Trevor were very personable and professional. My bathroom looks wonderful. My mother no longer has to go to the second floor to utilize the bathroom. If you need renovations done in your home reach out to My Handyman Express.

First: the quality of the work was mostly good. There were some minor issues but nothing worth correcting. We also ended up paying almost twice the original quoted amount because it took them almost twice as long to complete the work. Had these been the only problems, I'd still give 5 stars. However, the issues we had were with scheduling and communication. We had to reschedule the work multiple times at the last minute, and communication regarding this was atrocious. Worst company ever. Communication is horrible. Workmanship is horrible. They will come in (hours late or might not even show at all), mess up your walls, and make you pay for it. Save yourself the stress, find another company. Genuinely cannot stress enough how atrocious working with them was. Tried to give them an opportunity to salvage it and they doubled down on their poor customer service. 0/10
