Happy to transplant with them
At first, the service seemed amazing — Nasreen and Dr. Shauib were helpful, explained the process clearly, and showed care during the procedure. I was even asked by the nurse to leave a positive review while still in the clinic, which I now see as a red flag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They make you write a review straight after the procedure, so be aware most reviews are about the ‘service’ on the day, not the results which are most important. I’m nearly 9 months in and the results are not what I expected so far, the density is not as good as most peoples’ at this stage and it is patchy in parts. I’ll update this review if the growth improves over the next year.
Our experience at this clinic for Sapphire FUE was excellent. The staff are very nice and welcoming from receptionist, admin team to all clinical team also. You have an initial whatsapp video call assessment with the surgeon in our case Dr Allosert.
