Horrendous experience. I attended asked for a trim and a long layers...the stylist rough chopped 9 inches of my hair off, my front layers are 1"different from side to side. I had hair down to the middle of my back no it barely passes my chin and is so in even I cannot even put it in a high pony tail. Pretends he doesn't understand me when I ask questions, but laughs at jokes said in a monotone. Absolutely horrified. STAY FAR AWAY!! Trust me, it's not worth the 20-30$ saving.

Haircuts for girls are $25 at the door and $35 at the backlot, and the store is sexist in that it's $20 whether you have long or short hair, and $35 for girls with both long and short hair. It's not fair at all. The store also said "It's all about gender not hair, even if you are a girl when you need to shave your head at this store you will be charged the same 35 dollars". This is outrageous! I will never come here for a haircut again! The shampoo was also perfunctory! Very bad experience.
