We had a great experience with Hair Helpers. The staff and management were helpful and easy to work with, the location was super clean and well set up. I was impressed with the kids area with books and activities and how easy they made it for us to be treated.
Not Located in Santa Barbara they are located in Thousand Oaks 🥴 which is no where near Santa Barbara let alone Goleta very misleading services. Please update your address. And if you had a lice tech in Santa Barbara why are your trying to charge over 200$🥴 your excuse is traveling well if they live in SB what traveling ?? Yea not located in SB therefore shouldn’t be labeled SB should be Thousand Oaks named not Santa Barbata business🤦🏻♀️
The girls at Hair Helpers were saints. They are very thorough and explain the process step by step. I also love the peace of mind you are able walk out the door with. Highly recommend their team especially the owner she is very sweet and personable!
The Hair Helpers were amazing! They got me in quickly, were so patient and thorough, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Everything was explained clearly, and they took care of everything with care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Not the place I wanted to spend my Tuesday afternoon, but Hair Helpers was so wonderful in treating my 5 year old daughter and myself. The process was painless, and my daughter had a big smile on her face the whole time, followed by lollipops! I didn’t make an appt, but was lucky they had a spot available when we walked in.
