Great staff and childcare but suddenly closed and no refunds have been issued despite assurances by owner. Strongly recommend initiating a chargeback if anyone is still in the 90 day window.
Permenantly closed. The owner needs to change the Google profile listing. Phone is disconnected and the review section is filling up with refund requests. Good luck.
Despite numerous attempts to contact this joke of a business I find out that the number has been disconnected. We had prepaid by CC back in January for camp services in August so luckily I was able to still register a dispute with my cardholder company. Temporary credit has been received but I’m confident it will remain. All documentation for services promised, copy of proof of payment and emails have been kept in case my cardholder company asks for it. I do feel for anyone who may have paid cash upfront. The childcare provided was great BUT still no refund issued for cancelled camps and my multiple phone messages over the past weeks requesting a call back have been ignored... Sept 23, 2024 Update - Still no refund issued. Phone number has been disconnected. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
