Lack of soft skills, I don’t care attitude and basically not even knowing how to cancel a membership. We didn’t feel welcomed! One of the coaches displayed I don’t care attitude and she was just walking around not even trying to befriend my kid to come and participate in the class. Despite me giving a feedback, she still chose to ignore! One of the staff told me the manager will call me regarding cancelation and I didn’t receive any call yet.
I take my grandkids...clean and active place for littles. Staff very attentive to the kiddos and keep them busy.
It has been the best experience for both my granddaughters . I have been disappointed lately cause new employs need to be paired with the older employs for a while before putting two newbys together. My opinion but I did hear it from other parents as well
My 2 year old daughter Everly and I love Mygym! Shes been coming since she was 17 months and has really gotten comfortable with the classes and instructors (shoutout to Coach Jenni!). Thank you mygym for building confidence in my daughter and giving her the space to explore new gym skills in a safe way! We love Mygym Frisco!
Great place for grandchildren to have a party.
