Seemed to be a great place but now they aren’t open and not answering the phone. Would love to know what’s going on since we gave this as a birthday gift! And paid a month in advance !!
Does not recommend: Despite of a few nice text exchanges (they are not as responsive on calls), I was turned away today at the front desk because they couldn't find my profile in the system ( I do have one and screenshoted to them later). I did call and text prior arrival but no response. When asked if I could complete the profile after the class (the class is about to start). I was told no. My baby has been going to My Gym La Verne since he was just 3 months old and it has been such a gift for both of us. We are in the Tiny Tykes class and I’m amazed at how much he has grown already. His motor, social, and communication skills have taken off and I really believe My Gym has been a huge part of that. The gym is spotless and I love that the setup and activities change every week so the kids are always challenged and engaged. My sons had a wonderful time here! The facility is kept really clean and is well maintained. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and great with kids. There are so many activities offered for them to move and explore, they definitely had fun and got all their baby/toddler energy out!
When we came here we decided to try this place for one week. The only agreement I had with them, was to pay $29 for one week trial. We had terrible first week experience ( total waste of time). The first day the instructors provided some planned activity. But for the second day they said they don't have enough students. So they just said the kids can just use the facilities and play.
