We recently had an issue with our water heater where the gas flow seemed to be surging. I called the installer, Klooz Plumbing, who diagnosed the issue after changing out several parts to the flue. Klooz called the installer of the flue vent system, My Guys Plumbing, Heating, and Air. Highly recommend for any of your heating and cooling needs! Kelly was very helpful and got someone out the same day to take a look at the issue. Doug spent almost two hours here thoroughly investing the root of the issue. He went above and beyond. He did not pressure any sales. Very honest. We will definitely continue using this company in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs!
We had to replace our A/C and Furnace. From start to finish we couldn't have chosen a better company. Kelly was amazing to deal with. She got us lined up and was amazing to deal with. Doug and his crew came out and went above and beyond their scope of work. We are so happy with job they did. Everything is working and looks great. We will be using them from now. Thank you to Kelly and Greg! A downed tree resulted in a power surge to our geothermal unit, and we went without AC in the hottest time of the year. Kelly was on top of ordering the needed part and called us as soon as the part arrived to get Greg to our house for the install. Thank you to Greg for the care and thorough repairs. We are up and running now to be cool the rest of the summer. Highly recommend for all future HVAC issues!!
Kelly, Greg, and Doug were AMAZING to work with! Our air went completely out during the hottest week of the summer and they rearranged their schedule to get us back in our home asap! They communicated with us, were super friendly, and went above and beyond! Cannot recommend them enough!!!
