Called them sporadically out of desperation, and asked them to replace a head gasket on an 02 Corolla. Most shops refused due to the possibility of a warped block (despite no sign at all of that possibility, and my acknowledgement that it could fail), and my planned mechanic backed out last second. These guys took the job with no resistance, handled it fast, and charged a fair bit less than expected. Now a little over a thousand miles on the car since the job was done and couldn't be happier. 10/10 No notes
Went to this garage after getting a quote that seemed really high from another place. Not only was the pricing better and more straightforward, they determined I didn’t even need the work that I was originally quoted for. Spoke with Tyler the owner and he was great and transparent about pricing and everything. The guys in the garage called and kept me updated on things through out the day. I’ll never go to another garage as long as they are around, they have truly become their namesake and are now My Guys. Highly recommend.
These people are so incredibly nice and do great work. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed the issue right away. I didn't know how to leave a google review so I asked my son to help me because they deserved the great 5 star feedback. I'm saying goodbye to my old auto shop as My Guys are going to be my new one from here on out. Thanks Guys! Eileen
My check engine light came on while I was driving. I pulled in and they checked it, free of charge. Excellent customer service!
