I can’t say enough good things about this crew. My awning had come loose and was hanging halfway off the side of my fifth wheel — total mess, completely immobilized me. My Guy Mobile RV showed up fast and made what looked like a major job seem effortless. I am extremely satisfied with My Guy RV Repair. My first experience with My Guy was for the replacement of a broken electric RV awning. The parts were not available at the local warehouse so they needed to be ordered and built directly through the manufacturer. I arranged to have Don come to my RV in Jacksonville and work on 2 slide-out awnings on my 43' motorhome. One needed to be replaced, the other adjusted. I would have done this work myself, but the 30' full wall slide requires 3 people to handle. He showed up at the time we'd agreed upon and got right to work. Hired this company to fix the hydraulic system because the slides won't stay in. He didn't even put the dye in the lines to see if there was a leak and the problem was not fixed. This team can only handle simple repairs. Do not hire them for anything complicated. They do not know how to fix it. He even called the manufacturer for advice and still couldn't fix it.
