Receptionist very dry and rude, should never be working in that position, called one day before asking for a copy of my prescription, spoke with a nice lady on the phone, explain what’s happening and she said she will organize that for me and that I could pick up at reception, explain I was working until 7 pm that day, but got a day off and could get on the next day, she said it will be fine and I could just pick up there, it will be ready for me to pick up ( I confirmed with herand get a day off) Next morning went there and... read more
zero star, receptionist are bas mood, rude, make zero effort to help patients. Will ask to change doctor kist because of horrible service the receptionist offee.
