Updated 3/10/25. Another 18 months have gone by since my first review and decided to add to it. I find it somewhat disappointing to read the negative reviews My GP Parkwood received and I am struggling to understand why. I had Bilateral knee replacements and a severe BCC removed since my last review. Dr Suman has been very supportive and instrumental pre and post surgery and I am grateful for all of her help and advice along the way. I can’t recommend her enough. I have been a patient of Dr Suman for over 8 years and I honestly couldn’t recommend her any higher. Dr Suman is compassionate, thorough and always takes the time to listen without rushing. I trust her completely with my health and that’s why I have followed her from three different practices over the years. I don’t know if the reason is because we’re student… but the medical services in general here is terrible. 80$ for 5 minutes. Seems like they don’t care. It’s frustrating the situation. I asked the doctor to give me two medical referrals, one for a blood test and another for a gynecological exam. For the first one, he told me he would give it to me, and for the second one, he said I would have to pay for another appointment in order to get it. Not makes sense.
i think this team is great, they look after me and care for my health. are very fair and efficient. great communication
