Reception is useless. They don’t tell you that there will be a fee for rescheduling the appointment. When you call the reception, they say its all good to reschedule without mentioning any fee and then send you invoice in mail. We got an invoice dated back to 2024 sent in 2025.
Excellent service, Dr Mehdi’s diagnosis and care puts me at ease.
Worst experience ever. Dr. Mehdi used expired antibiotics cream for my newborn baby, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. He was also unprofessional and rude during the consultation. After I made a complaint, the practice manager did not take any notice or action. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and care. I would strongly recommend choosing another GP clinic. I hope no one else has to go through what we experienced.
My GP Gungahlin is truly a "family" GP. The doctors never fail in their duty of care to attend to the patients needs. Dr. Vure for one is an exemplary GP, and the number of patients queueing up to see him is testament to the genuine care that he provides the community here. So, do not be alarmed if you have to wait in line for a long time just to see him.
