In my experience when looking at my file, the "reason for the visit i.e. skin check: BCC, SCC, or Melanoma is stated, as is a request for a printed to Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology eOrder. However, the actual results are not documented, leaving ambiguity in the clinical notes which substantiates the need for the procedures. Hmmmmm.... I would never consider returning. In my situation I felt judged, my complex needs were dismissed, minimalised, and not met. I left feeling distressed and in a vunerable space.
She was very rude, everything happened so in a rush that she told me that the time is up you need to pay more for more time, I didn't get any prescription as the time exceeded and told me this is business so I'm giving you time while not giving me anything written on paper other that the things needed to give to the chemist. Not going back over there, just got more upset and wasted money. Amazing, caring and highly knowledgeable GP who specialises in skin and helped immensely with my son who had severe eczema. Would recommend to anyone.
