Hmmmmm.... I would never consider returning. In my situation I felt judged, my complex needs were dismissed, minimalised, and not met. I left feeling distressed and in a vunerable space.
She was very rude, everything happened so in a rush that she told me that the time is up you need to pay more for more time, I didn't get any prescription as the time exceeded and told me this is business so I'm giving you time while not giving me anything written on paper other that the things needed to give to the chemist. Not going back over there, just got more upset and wasted money. Amazing, caring and highly knowledgeable GP who specialises in skin and helped immensely with my son who had severe eczema. Would recommend to anyone.
Our family doctor, she was highly recommended by a good friend and I would do the same. She saved my son’s life she has years of experience and she is straight to the point. Big respect
Very rude treatment. Had my first appointment with Dr Olga and she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me speak. Then, I was supposed to have a follow-up appointment to discuss some test results, so I called her and after explaining to her that the laboratory had just told me that they already sent the results to her, she said “don’t argue with me” and hang up the phone… (?!).
