I went in with a full head of hair, provided a specific and detailed style with a photo, but the stylist (who is also the owner) completely butchered it. Instead of giving me the style I requested, she cut nearly all of my hair off and gave me a fade similar to hers. She cut my hair while it was straight, and when I mentioned that I have tight curls and she was cutting too much, she responded, "Well, you're the one who asked for this hairstyle." This salon does not even deserve a star. Jazz (Jasmine) is a piece of work. She did not do the job i paid her for and refused to answer my texts and phone calls to fix the issues. Lenelle, the owner of the salon is just as bad. After reaching out to her about the batched up job someone in shop did, she just said “she no longer works here and i can’t help you”, this was after i just spent $260. This salon is very unprofessional and dishonest.
