I can't say enough positive things about My Generator. I received my Caravan accessories packed securely and in excellent condition. I was also able to track the progress of my items the entire time. I can't speak highly enough of my generator customer service. All communication was prompt and accurate. The generator ended up having a manufacturing fault and the team at my generator organiser a refund. Great service! Cheers

I purchased a recycled poly mat for our caravan. Communication from My Generator regarding my order and delivery was outstanding. It only took approximately a week to receive my order. Unfortunately the bag containing the mat was damaged, but when contacting My Generator customer service, they were professional and prompt advising that a replacement bag would be shipped asap. I would recommend purchasing items from My Generator.

So easy to deal with. Speedy delivery. When I unpacked my fridge I realised there was damage to the door. I emailed them straight away and within 24 hours I received a new panel. Fantastic service! Thank you My Generator!
