came in looking for a unit and Anna helped us out so much! very kind attentive to detail, she even swept out or space for us! such a cheap price for so much space!!! 10/10
I wish I can no stars this review but I have to write a review. I was paying 120 every month for about a whole year just for them to not take care of our storage. There was an animal that somehow got in, (even with the lock) and completely took a dump in the whole storage area. It was so gross our whole storage had feces everywhere. Everything was unusable due to the contamination of the feces. I had 7 people who help me take out all the stuff out. Nothing was paid to us in return. I’ve had storage units here on the West Side for over 30 years, long enough to practically qualify for veteran benefits, and I can say without hesitation that Anna, the Property Manager @Remcon, is the best thing that’s ever happened to this place. She’s kind, professional, and somehow manages to remind me about my payments before I even forget them. She treats customers with real respect, which is rare these days. NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR ASSETS. THE FRONT DESK GUY WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER HAD MY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS STOLEN OFF OF MY CAR THAT I WAS PAYING EVERY MONTH ON TIME TO STORE AT THIS FACILITY. I KNEW IT WAS AN INSIDE JOB BECAUSE WHEN I WENT INTO THE OFFICE TO ASK IF THE THEFT WAS RECORDED BY THE 3 CAMERAS THAT WERE POINTED TOWARDS THE DIRECTION OF WHERE MY CAR WAS STORED THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT THE CAMERAS WERE COINCIDENTALLY NOT WORKING AT THE DAY AND TIME OF MY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS BEING S... read more
