We highly suggest John for any garage door issues! They replaced our door opener a few years ago and did an outstanding job, so we called John when we decided to replace the door. Fast, great service! Excellent people to work with, from arranging the appointment until install.
I had to replace one of my two garage doors as the liner inside started to separate from the door at the point where it connects with the opener. My Garage Door Milpitas replaced the second door which I was looking for the replacement as I needed the brand new one to be identical, so I contacted them and spoke with Kelly. My garage spring on a Friday and I called to be successful in arranging an appointment for service and an appointment on the weekend. Jerry my technician was there early in the morning. He estimated 30 minutes and was completed within a shorter amount of time. He was totally professional, friendly and thorough throughout the repair. Excellent service. Could not have asked for a better or more professional service message or repair.
Michael was great! It didn't take him long to change out the garage door opener and check garage door. He was able to help me set up MyQ even when I was having a few issues with the settings I had previously set so I said I'd get rid of those issues myself. He was even willing to remain. Excellent service! Thank you!
Mandy was prompt, honest and easy to communicate with. She identified the issue with the garage door opener, offering me several alternatives and did a fantastic job! I decided to go for a complete replacement. I would highly recommend!
