Needing a battery changed pronto in my Durango, i was extremely happy & impressed with the service I received @ My Garage! Phillip and his staff were most personable, professional & knowledgeable. Not only did he allow me to look over his shoulder constantly, he walked me through & explained every step. I was extremely happy with the service I received! They worked quickly and did not charge me for unnecessary parts. Discovered a loose wire and fixed the problem. They also changed out my ignition. Was pleased how kind and how I was treated with respect. It's not often that your total is much less than they expected! Will not hesitate to use them again.
I was referred to My Garage from a friend of 25 years who owns a Repair Shop. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the office manager and met the owner. He made me feel comfortable leaving my Old White Ford to be looked at. Thank you Lord for this business!
I was very disappointed in this shop, while my Yukon was in there shop there was an engine fire caused by not paying attention to details, I wasn't even told there had been a fire until I asked,the worst thing about the fire is a fire extinguisher was used on the fire which is horrible for an engine and all the components in the engine bay I contacted the owner Phillip and told him that he is responsible for all damage and of course he did not take responsibility so I'm now having to take him to small claims court to recoup ... read more
Great service and communication. Replaced a water pump and timing chain with the best price in town! Also added military discount. This will be my new garage.
