Ruben has been my car "doctor" for about 8-10 years now. He is my go to guy for any type of car issues, and no matter how long it takes for the car to decide to let us know what is happening to it, is how long Ruben will take to look at your car. Won't take my cars to anyone but Ruben.
On Saturday evening ,my malfunction indicator light came on. Made appt. for next business day (Tuesday). Wouldn't you know it- the light went off by itself-but Ruben said to come in anyway and he could read the code to find out why the light came on. He told me most likely my nox ? sensor is going out. Told me if and when light comes on again- come back and get sensor replaced. And off, I went. By the way, Ruben didn't charge me a dime. If I would have gone to Honda- I would have had a bill. Ruben is awesome to work with and very knowledgable. His help, Kerry, is also outstanding and is great at keeping you informed about what is going on, parts, costs and time frame expectations. My Garage takes care of us as if we were family and I appreciate that very much. Thank you!!
