I had an orthodontic appliance (retainer) made in December 2024. The retainer fit well on right side but was causing pain to left side and disturbing my sleep. I figured it was new and required some getting used to. Unfortunately, it still felt uncomfortable. I called the Troy office and explained my frustration and I felt that my tooth had shifted, and expressed my concern. I also have an implant on that side, too. Once all the money was paid they tried to rush to remove my braces. And because I refused and didn’t feel my treatment was complete they only gave me 30 days to remove them or else I was stuck! I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
