Had a wonderful experience initially, with the lady helping me find the right pair for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately the manufacturer supplied laces were too short, which was a pity as they included a lovely leapoard skin pattern. Pretty average for a $200+ pair of shoes! I returned the following week hoping to get the laces swapped for a longer set, and was met with a "not our problem" attitude and rudeness from a younger sales assistant.
