I went there today and had a great experience. Dr Sarah Bird was very polite, took her time, and checked my foot thoroughly.
Dr Sarah Bird is an amazing podiatrist. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional!
I walked into the shop to ask if they did custom insoles, and a staff member told me in a very rude manner that they were booked out and made me feel I was asking something stupid. I haven't tried the service, maybe they are good, but just because of that staff member I will never going back.
A bit over priced
A painful arch and aching heel started to limit my daily walk which has been part of my routine through adulthood to retirement. We give up so much to old age I wondered if this one going to be one of them. Once I realised the pain was not going to go away I had an assessment at the FootDr in Devonport and have had rapid and dramatic improvements over several weeks. Sometimes I just forget about foot pain altogether and I know I am getting better. Thank you FootDr!
