Made an appointment, they messed up the times. I got a text saying 12:50, I confirm, get there at 12:50, was told my appointment was actually 12:30. I show them my confirmation time and the best they can do is the next week. Like I didn’t drive into town already just to be told to come back next week and sorry. Yeah, no thanks.
Been coming to My Foot Doctor. For years Cameron and Hillary,Linda receptionist. They have been under staffed and have been great. They have now left and still under staffed. My mum's appointment was cancelled as staff member had left.I am a shift working.So bookings are in advance for my days off to bring them both in, they are elderly 1 with dementia, it is a treat to get them out of age care and then go to lunch. Fabulous service from the team at My FootDr Bathurst! The reception are so kind, and welcoming. I saw Seipati and Dean, and they were both wonderful! Very knowledgable and explains everything so I can understand! Keep the great work up!
