I attended this clinic recently while accompanying my client to an appointment. Unfortunately, during the entire time I was waiting, the two receptionists were openly discussing other clients in a negative manner and sharing what appeared to be personal information within earshot of the waiting area. I have been going to this practice for many years. All ways very professional and friendly, Highly recommend.
I had a procedure to get an ingrown toe nail removed. Something I was a little embarrassed about before going to see Dr Millie Duffy. Dr Millie and the admin made me feel really comfortable, and they were really easy to deal with. The procedure went really well. Will definitely be recommending all of my mates to Dr Millie at My Foot Dr Bathurst for all there Podiatry needs.
Terrible experience, Dropped my sister off there for a appointment at 1:30 and due to some traffic we were a couple min behind schedule. Due to this they ended up cancelling her appointment because of some stupid 5 min rule. Absolute Terrible service and way of running things. The lady that was on reception was So Rude to my Sister and I, telling us it was our fault and we should of used the car park in the back which is not posted anywhere or was notifed.
