Let me say, I’m surprised too see someone left a one star review on Yelp. With that being said - yesterday upon learning my current insurance broker dropped the ball - I’ve reached out to this broker yesterday who literally provided me a fine arts quote (I had my schedule immediately email right over to Sarah) within less than 5 minutes. Contacted them in regards to home and auto insurance at least three times and received no response.
Sarah was very helpful and easy to understand on the phone.
Jennifer was a delight to work with. She helped us find new condo and car insurance at a great rate. She even helped us eat a copy of our mitigation form so to save even more on our condo policy. I recommend using this company for all your insurance needs.
Amanda helps me with my Home and Auto insurance. I can't say enough good things about Amanda and her team. I have never met any of them but I feel like I've known them forever.
