CAUTION I paid for the full service $599. I did get some advise from Robert. I was able to get the tenant out on my own. Robert promised verbally and in e-mail I would get $200 credit back.( I thought that was low) we Spoke a few times he said check was in the mail. It's been 4 months. He now claims no credit due for services not used. All I can say is he straight out lied. If you use a guy like that...I would pay as you go. Good luck.
