Absolutely horrible. I could go into a lot of details, but I will spare most of them. Right off the bat, they screwed-up my filing. When questioned, Robert became very defensive to the point he/I got into an argumentative dispute. He adamant expressed and explained "Look. We just provide a service". Nothing more..but definitely less. My paperwork was submitted by completely and correctly filling out their worksheet. They goofed the language in my court filed complaint.
