My experience with MPH and MFH hasn't been positive. Great upfront, come meet you, talk to you about your finances, offer you advice. We even elected to build a rental through them which seemed great for us at the time. Through the build process, it was clear that insufficient money was borrowed which resulted in us needing to use some of our own savings to pay the rental loan. Beware! Once this company has refinanced your loan through a lender they have no interest in responding to issues and concerns and give you radio silence with not answering phone calls, text messages or emails!!
