Wow jag säger bara wow
This place is amazing for couples plus families. Great ambience and hopitality. The pink decor is so amazing and beautiful views from the property. All the rooms are unique and the pool and hot tub was amazing, my family super liked it. Must visit place !!!
This place was a total fairytale and has stimulated my brain to the fullest! The customer service was absolutely over the top awesome from booking the room, to the wait staff and everyone in between! We loved it so much we wanted to stay another night but unfortunately they were booked. I was enamored at the great detail involved in absolutely everything. RecommendedSå fint Hotell 😃 Efter besöket på Huearst Castell vart detta nästa stop och rummen är i lite Hearst still tycker jag mycket fint inredda och lyxiga vi hade ett rum med riktigt tjock härlig heltäckningsmatta. För att inte tala om resturangen i rosa och med massor av utsmyckning. Poolen är uppvärmd och jätte varm att bada i man fryser ingenting utan kan bada så länge men vill. It was our 2nd visit. Rooms were clean and gorgeous. Steakhouse food and service pricey but very good. The cafe not so much. Had a disappointing breakfast there and its very expensive for a cafe. I would highly recommend Denny's or IHOP which is next door. This was just my experience tho I wouldn't lower my 5 star rate. The pool was amazing. Its heated, has a beautiful waterfall and wait staff that brings your food drinks and towels! I'm already looking forward to visit #3.

Loved the room and restaurants. The room was stuffy, so we tried to turn on the a.c. and there was no remote--no way to manually turn it on either. Called the desk 3x and finally after 2 hrs. a young man came who could not fix it or find an additional remote. he promised to return but he never did. He was very concerned with getting to his dinner break. Mgmt. seemed uninterested. Will we return at that price? ($350) probably not.
